Is my phone compatible with the game?
The game checks this during the download of the application and notifies you if there is a problem. Because we focus on new technology, some older and low end models won’t work.
How many people can play together?
There is no limit on the amount of players, although we advice to play with a maximum of 4 players on 1 phone. If you’re a larger group, just spilt up in teams and create some friendly competition.
How much data will a game use?
During the game no data is used because there is no internet connection needed to play a game. You can download the game at home, a hotel or an wifi spot and play without data.
How will I know where to go?
The game is your guide, just follow the directions and you’ll be fine. If you get stuck try asking for a hint or use the skip button in the menu bar.
Is the game suitable for kids?
The game is suitable for kids (8+), but we highly recommend that kids are accompanied by an adult.
What if I don’t like the experience?
Because it’s probably a new experience for you, we understand that it’s not for everyone. That’s why we offer a full refund if you didn’t complete more than 20% of the game.
How much battery do I need to play?
The battery usage depends on your phone and the challenge itself. In our tests the average battery usage during a game is 35%, however we recommend to start with at least 60% battery.
Are the challenges available in other languages?
Currently most challenges are available in English and Dutch, please check on the challenge page in what languages it is offered.
Large group events
Are the challenges suitable for larger group events?
Definitely, we can even create special packages for group- or company events that include extra options like lunch, dinner or drinks. Please contact us for more information.
Can you make custom challenges for events?
Yes we can! We offer custom challenges for events, brands or corporations, in our B2B platform (intractive.app) especially developed for this purpose.
What payment methods to you offer?
We have different ways to pay for a challenge, and the most used ones are iDeal, Credit Card and Paypal.
Can I get a refund if the weather conditions are bad?
You can start a challenge whenever you want, but if the weather suddenly changes and you played less then 15% of a challenge you can get a refund. So if you don’t like the game or it starts to rain, please contact email@example.com

We offer support between 9:00 and 19:00 on working days. The average response time is 1 hour.
